Poured into a red wine glass, this Old World red wine offers wonderfully complex aromas of raspberry and blackberry, rounded off by forest floor, blueberry and garrigue. On the palate, the Rosso from Furlani starts off delightfully aromatic, fruit-driven and well balanced. On the tongue, this light-footed red wine is characterized by an incredibly velvety, fleshy and dense texture. On the finish, this wine from the Trentino-Alto Adige winegrowing region finally delights with a beautiful length. Once again, hints of raspberry and blackberry appear. Vinification of the Rosso from Furlani The basis for the first-class and wonderfully elegant Rosso cuvée from Furlani is Carmenère, Negrara and cuvée grapes. After the grape harvest, the grapes are quickly taken to the press house. There they are sorted and gently crushed. This is followed by fermentation in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures. The vinification is followed by aging on the fine lees for several months before the wine is finally drawn off.
