Grappa Giare Gewürztraminer explores the sensory possibilities of one of the most loved white grape varieties of the boot. Following the distillation in a bain-marie in discontinuous alembic still of the pomace of Gewürztraminer, this grappa is left to age for at least 36 months in small oak barrels. The Master Distiller follows his evolution with dedication and attention, constantly testing its scents and aromas. The result is a grappa of great value, awarded for two consecutive years (2014 and 2015) at the International Wine & Spirit Competition. It has a light golden yellow color. On the nose it expresses an intense floral aroma that recalls honeysuckle, accompanied by vanilla sighs. The taste is soft, delicate and harmonious, punctuated by pleasant hints of oak.
