De Bortoli Family Selection Riverina Semillon Chardonnay GI 0,75 ℓ

The Family Selection Semillon Chardonnay of the De Bortoli company is made with Semillon and Chardonnay grapes from the vast Australian region of Riverina. The grapes used for this wine are selected from the best plots before being harvested overnight and transported quickly to the cellar. After soft pressing, the must is pressed and fermented in French and American oak barrels. Intense straw yellow in color, it has hints of tropical fruits such as pineapple and white melon, followed by clear references to citrus and floral notes. On the palate it offers density and structure thanks to a strong body, excellent aromatic charge and a long finish. Ideal with white meats accompanied by sauces, it is perfect for omelettes, grilled mushrooms and fried foods.
