Emiliana Valle del Rapel Gewürztraminer Reserva DO 0,75 ℓ

Gewürztraminer Emiliana is born in vineyards located in the Rapel Valley, in the heart of Chile. Emiliana cultivates its vineyards in organic farming, with the utmost respect for the territory, without the use of substances harmful to the environment. It is produced exclusively with Gewürztraminer grapes, harvested only by hand during the first week of March. After a soft pressing, the grapes ferment in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 16 ° C. Subsequently the wine ages in the same containers for about 4 months. It is characterized by a clear straw yellow color. The nose opens with elegant scents of jasmine, enriched by pleasant citrus notes. On the palate it is pleasantly floral, with a slight acid note. Perfect to accompany aperitifs and fresh cheeses, it is ideal in combination with cold cuts and sushi.
