Les Chemins Blanc Corbières AOP Chateau la Baronne - Château La Baronne

An exciting cuvée made from the southern French white wine grape varieties Grenache Blanc, Roussanne, and Vermentino. The grapes ripen on high-altitude terraces and gravel slopes on clay-limestone soils, which enjoy a relatively good water supply for this arid region. The cuvée is vinified in stainless steel tanks and aged on the fine lees for four months before being bottled unfiltered. Delicate aromas of yellow stone fruit and white flowers appear on the nose, while the powerful palate combines a delicate texture with well-balanced acidity, with a mineral and saline finish.
