Los Vascos Cromas Cabernet Sauvignon Gran Reserva

In the foothills of the Santa Lucia hills, this Cabernet Sauvignon is carefully and patiently nurtured to maturity under gentle sunlight, and harvested late. The result is a wine with red fruit aromas and floral nuances. Gentle 12-month aging, half in new oak, followed by bottle aging, gives the wine impressive structure and body, while harmoniously developing aromas of tobacco, bay leaves, and graphite.
