Cool, somewhat herbal-vegetable, yeasty and distinctly floral, also delicately yellow-spicy, with restrained yellow fruit aromas and earthy minerality. Delicately sweet, herbal and again somewhat yellow-spicy fruit, yeasty tones and floral notes, very fine acidity, some grip, good substance and persistence, vegetal aromas on the palate, a hint of curry, almond-nutty traces, tangerines, still undeveloped, rose-like tones, very good, again delicately sweet finish with grip, some butter and a certain spice.
