The legendary ABYSS is now also available as a rosé! Like its white counterpart, it was submerged for 12 months at a depth of 60 m off the Atlantic coast of Brittany. Since the contents of the bottle develop in a very special way under these conditions, but no label in the world can withstand sea water, the ABYSS does not have a label, but instead comes with an elegant gift box and bottle tag. The base wines: 85% Chardonnay and 15% Pinot Noir, matured as a red wine. The finest perlage, red fruits and violets on the nose, as well as the typical notes that mix with citrus fruits and pistachios. The mouthfeel impresses with its seductive delicacy and elegance, coupled with a lot of finesse and precision. A truly unique rosé champagne.
