Cabernet Sauvignon - Black Stallion Estate Winery

Five vineyards in different parts of Napa Valley contributed their grapes to this classic Napa Cab. Harvested separately, the grapes were selected and carefully vinified at the winery. The wine was then aged for 20 months, 80% in French oak barrels and 20% in American oak barrels, separated by origin. The result is a full-bodied and balanced Cabernet Sauvignon characterized by blackberry, cassis, black cherry, peppermint, and cocoa, with silky, well-integrated tannins and a long, elegant finish.
