Riesling Charta - Kloster Eberbach

The Riesling Charta 2023 from Hessischen Staatsweingüter GmbH Kloster Eberbach has a strong light yellow color and appealing aromas. A subtle note of cassis unfolds on the nose, which is harmoniously combined with yellow apples, mango and pineapple. On the palate, it presents a lot of bite, brilliant acid structure and ripe fruit notes, whereby the barely perceptible sweetness is not unpleasantly noticeable. This dry, fruity wine embodies the Rheingau Riesling.
