Vint Private Selection Bourbon Barrel Aged Cabernet Sauvignon - Robert Mondavi

The wine impresses with its bold sensory profile, characterized by deep ruby red and intense aromas of blackberry pie, dark berries and toasted oak. On the palate, it reveals nuances of ripe blackberry pie, blueberry pie, praline and mocha, rounded off by soft tannins and a long finish. Excellent with grilled ribs, charcuterie platters, pasta dishes and strong cheeses. The grapes come from renowned vineyards in California's Central Coast and the Lodi region, where conditions are optimal for complex aromas and deep hues. The harvest spanned September to October 2021 and the wine matured for 10 months in new American oak bourbon barrels, giving it a rich, toasty character.
