Change Merlot - Gérard Bertrand

The grapes are harvested by hand, completely destemmed and fermented in stainless steel tanks. The wines are then aged partly in barriques and partly in stainless steel tanks to give the fruity, aromatic cuvée its gentle tannin structure. The bouquet has notes of cassis, wild strawberries and wild mushrooms, and the palate is round and harmonious with a fine spice.
