The Manzoni Bianco grape variety is one of the most exciting new varieties in Italy. Professor Luigi Manzoni from the oenological school in Conegliano crossed the Riesling and Pinot Blanc varieties (Pinot Bianco) in 1930. Manzoni Bianco is mainly grown in Veneto and Trentino. At Pizzolato it is part of the BACK TO BASIC line. This aims to minimize the impact of the entire wine production chain on the environment. The bottle is made of 94% recycled glass. The 100% sustainable cork and the capsule and cardboard packaging are made from recycled material. The label is made from industrial waste. Aged in stainless steel tanks and wooden barrels. Notes of acacia flowers, apricots and pineapple on the nose. Fresh, elegant with aromatic and mineral notes on the palate.
