Grauburgunder Wunderwerk - Dreissigacker

The Wunderwerk Grauburgunder from Dreissigacker comes from the first-class, biodynamically managed top locations in Bechtheim. These locations are characterized by limestone and loess-clay soils. After careful hand-picking, the Grauburgunder spends 10 hours on the mash and is spontaneously fermented. The subsequent maturation in tonneau wooden barrels lasts 9 months on the full yeast. The end result is a powerful Grauburgunder, complex and always easy to drink.
