Riesling halbe Flasche 0,375l - Dreissigacker

Cool nose with lots of rock, flint, some dried flowers, herbs and some hay. Clear and delicately juicy, tension with depth, highly compact minerality on the palate with lots of rock and some minerality, very dry seeming with only a little extract sweetness, slight astringency, highly complex finish with some stone fruit, a trace of candied pineapple, rock minerality and a note of pastry.
