The grapes come from the best vineyards in the hinterland of Fumane. The process is similar to that of the famous ORGNO, but the typical grapes of Valpolicella are used here: 20% Corvina, 65% Corvinone, 15% Rondinella. Harvesting takes place until mid-October, then only the hand-picked, most beautiful grapes are dried in the well-ventilated attic. Fermentation in steel, aging in barriques. A picture-book amarone full of wonderful aromas: tobacco, plums, leather, chocolate. A wine for philosophizing. Or with a hearty feast, with game, grilled food, even with hearty cheese.
