The wines of the PURA-FE series (in German: pure faith) are the simplest wines from the Antiyal winery, although the term 'simple' does not apply at all. Strict yield regulation, hand-picking and fermentation with spontaneous yeast. This effort is noticeable in the glass: stylish, elegant, fresh, cool mint meets ripe cassis, round with soft tannins and wonderful length.
