Very fine Sauvignon from the Kapfenstein area. The vines are south-facing on tuff rock. Expansion in steel tanks with 7-month yeast storage. Playful on the nose. Slightly smoky notes and elder leaf stand in an exciting contrast to yellow tropical fruits. Juicy and elegant on the palate, at the same time with a lot of pressure, fine white stone fruit in the finish, versatile food accompaniment with potential.
