The Extra Brut Cuvée Zero Rosé Quality Sparkling Wine from Cascina Chicco is an elegant sparkling wine produced from 100% Nebbiolo grapes. A soft pressing of the grapes precedes fermentation in steel at a controlled temperature. The base wine undergoes refermentation in the bottle according to the Classic Method, with a 36-month rest on the yeasts. The color is a delicate pale pink. On the nose there are notes of violet and blueberry, enriched by hints of bread crust. On the palate the wine is creamy and fresh, easy to drink. This sparkling wine is particularly suitable in combination with fish starters and fresh cheeses.
