H. Lun 1840 Riesling Südtirol - Alto Adige DOC 0,75 ℓ

H. Lun's Alto Adige Riesling was born in vineyards located in Monticolo di Appiano and Cornaiano, in the province of Bolzano. It is produced exclusively with Riesling grapes, harvested entirely by hand. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperature. Subsequently the wine stays for a short period in the same containers to refine its fruity and freshness characteristics. This H. Lun Riesling has an intense straw yellow color. The nose opens with a rich and unmistakable apricot bouquet. In the mouth it is pleasantly dry and harmonious. Perfect to accompany appetizers and vegetables, this white wine is ideal in combination with all courses based on fish.
