Cava d'Onice Brunello di Montalcino DOCG Riserva 0,75 ℓ

This Brunello di Montalcino Riserva is produced by the Cava d'Onice company, founded in the 1980s by the Nannetti family. The pure Sangiovese grapes are vinified with a maceration of 29 days and lasts approx. 14 days. The wine then ages for 5 years, of which at least 36 months in Slavonian oak barrels. Ruby red in color with garnet reflections, it is expressed on the nose with aromas of dried flowers, cherries and spices. The sip is structured, with polite tannins and a long persistence. Excellent in combination with wild boar tagliatelle, roast meats and game.
