The Finca A Pedreira is a white wine produced by Bodegas Fulcro in the Galician region of Rías Baixas, made from Albariño grapes cultivated with an artisanal and environmentally friendly approach. The wine comes from a micro-production that highlights the varietal profile of the grape and the minerality of the soils, representing one of the most characteristic labels of the winery.Fermentation takes place in stainless steel cuvées, followed by a 9-month aging in the same containers to preserve the expressive purity and aromatic freshness of the grape. No malolactic fermentations are undertaken, thus keeping the natural acidity intact. Production is extremely limited.The nose reveals citrus, floral, and saline scents, with marine nuances that reference its Atlantic origin.
