Grillo Riserva Firma del Tempo from cantine Fina is a Sicilian white wine produced in western Sicily, within the Stagnone Nature Reserve, an area characterized by unique climatic and geological conditions. Made from pure Grillo grapes, this wine represents the most authentic expression of the territory, with a distinct Mediterranean identity and a strong focus on quality and typicity.The grapes are harvested and undergo destemming and soft pressing, followed by static clarification of the musts. Part of the fermentation takes place in new barriques at a controlled temperature, while the wine rests for a long time on fine lees with periodic bâtonnage, helping to enhance its structure and complexity. The process is completed with bottle aging, which further harmonizes its characteristics.It offers pronounced savoriness and freshness, accompanied by iodized notes recalling its marine origins.
