Montefalco Sagrantino 25 Years of Arnaldo Caprai was born in vineyards located in the lands of Montefalco in Umbria, from a company that is continuously developing to create wines with great personality and typicality. It is produced exclusively with Sagrantino grapes, carefully picked by hand. This wine ages for about 24 months in barrique and for another 8 months in bottle before being released on the market. The 25 Years is characterized by a ruby red color. The nose opens with an intense and elegant bouquet with blackberry, rose, nutmeg with pepper and pine resin. On the palate it is soft and persuasive, with an elegant tannin. Perfect to accompany roasts and game, it is ideal in combination with truffles.
