Hunawihr Alsace AOC Riesling Réserve 0,75 ℓ

Hunawihr's Vin d'Alsace Riesling comes from vineyards located in the Upper Rhine area of France. It is obtained from pure Riesling grapes, harvested and selected only by hand. Fermentation takes place in steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 17 ° C for 3 weeks. Subsequently the wine ages for 3 months on the fine lees before being bottled. This Hunawihr Riesling is characterized by an intense and bright straw yellow color. The nose opens with fresh fruity aromas of pear and grapefruit. On the palate it is full and silky, pleasantly fresh and elegant, with a long, enveloping finish on citrus notes. Ideal in combination with fish dishes in general, this white wine is perfect to accompany white meats.
