Vilana PGI Crete Fragospito

Vilana is one of the most widespread autochthonous white wine varieties of the island of Crete. It loves sandy soil and a dry climate. Yields must be kept rigorously small for good quality. This is also the case with Fragospito. The nose is dominated by citrus fruits such as lime, grapefruit and some orange. Tight on the palate with medium acidity, spices such as pepper and licorice can be found. Essential notes provide an exciting aroma.
