Chardonnay trocken Hard - Ziereisen

A very reductive nose with hints of apple peel, mirabelle plum, a hint of orange, floral scent, and a touch of lavender. Clear and delicately juicy, very reductive with power, broad shoulders, and a good portion of smoothness. Imposing appearance, highly concentrated fruit: quince and stone fruit with blossoms, cold smoke, and a complex, salty minerality. Invigorating, velvety tannins, a hint of extract sweetness. Complex, needs plenty of air, a long finish with again highly concentrated salty minerality and slightly sweet fruit.
