Refosco dal Peduncolo Rosso Venezia DOC - Terra Musa

Many local grape varieties in the former Austro-Hungarian cultural area are called Refosco. The Refosco dal Peduncolo Rosso is distinguished by the red stems that give it its name. It produces wines that are rich in acid and tannins and have a lot of fruit. Warm nose of rose hips and ripe sour cherries, black pepper and herbaceous, earthy and woody notes, slightly lactic on the palate, sweet fruit, beetroot, again spicy, chalky and mineral, earthy and a bit wild and exciting in the finish.
