Champagne Brut Apanage is an iconic bubble from the Pommery house. It is a traditional style cuvée obtained from a careful selection of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir grapes, present in equal proportions. It is the mixture of basic wines from the current harvest with reserve wines from previous years. The aging of about 42 months on the lees allows to obtain an extraordinary aromatic complexity and full evolution. Bright straw yellow color, with a lively and persistent perlage. It has a nose composed of elegant creamy notes, almost of butter, enriched with light citrus nuances reminiscent of pink grapefruit. Creaminess is a characteristic that also distinguishes the palate, which instead advances on hints of hazelnuts, apricot and vanilla, with small hints of tobacco. Suitable to accompany a cutting board of light meats, as well as risotto with vegetables or steamed crustaceans.
