Marzadro Grappa Giare Chardonnay 0,7 ℓ

Grappa Giare Chardonnay is a grappa that is produced from the single grape variety, Chardonnay, from the Marzadro company in Nogaredo. The marc of Chardonnay is distilled in a water bath in a discontinuous alembic still and subsequently refines in small 225 liter oak barrels for at least 36 months, followed in their evolution by the family's Master Distiller, which constantly checks the scents and aromas. On the nose, the Giare Chardonnay grappa is fine and very elegant, with woody hints. In the mouth the structure is particularly soft and dry. Excellent to taste smooth after a meal.
