Fontanafredda Ebbio Langhe Nebbiolo DOC 0,75 ℓ

Nebbiolo Ebbio originates from the vineyards scattered around the evocative Langa hills, which bear the historic name of Fontanafredda.It is made from 100% Nebbiolo grapes, vinified in steel and aged in wooden barrels for 8 months. It is then aged in the bottle for a further 2-3 months.Its bouquet is reminiscent of roses, geranium and crunchy red fruits. The palate is fresh but well balanced with good softness. The body is full and persistent, with a light floral note. To be paired with hors d'oeuvre of Piedmontese cheeses.
