Laurent-Perrier's Champagne Brut La Cuvée comes from grapes from the famous Champagne region. It is produced with Pinot Noir, Chardonnay and Pinot Meunier grapes, carefully picked and selected by hand. After the classic white winemaking processes, the second fermentation takes place by refermentation in the bottle, according to the Classic Method, with aging for at least 36 months on its lees. It has a bright straw yellow color, a creamy foam and a fine and persistent perlage. The nose opens with intense aromas of yellow fruit and black cherry. On the palate it is fresh and fleshy, broad and purebred. Excellent as an aperitif, it is ideal in combination with fish and shellfish.
