Balsamic Vinegar of Modena 2 Gold Medals Anforina Collection is produced by Acetaia Giusti, founded in 1605. It belongs to the Anforina Line, a collection of Balsamic Vinegars of Modena that recalls the ancient Modena tradition of preserving one's balsamic vinegar in glass ampoules to give as a gift to your loved ones. Each amphora is sealed by hand with string and sealing wax and kept inside a refined hatbox. The vinegar ages in ancient barrels, heritage of the family, many of which date back to the period between the 1700s and 1900s. The medals have a historical value and recall those won by Acetaia Giusti on the occasion of the Great National and International Exhibitions during the 1900s. The labels are still today those designed at the beginning of the last century. Each vinegar comes from a careful choice of grapes and the method used for their slow cooking.
