Tauleto Sangiovese Rubicone IGT comes from a fine blend of 90% Sangiovese Grosso and 10% of other grape varieties. the clay soil gives the wine a dazzling personality. The vinification takes place in tanks that allow a long maceration in contact with the marc. Finally, it ages for 24 months in Allier oak. Wine with great aging potential, produced only in the best vintages, it presents itself to the eye with a splendid intense red color tending to purple. The nose is all played on hints of cherries and wild red berried fruits. Unmistakable balsamic and spicy aromas. On the palate the entrance is powerful, exuberant, a prelude to an ending of unequivocal beauty. It is ideal in combination with any type of meat, especially stewed and with ragu.
