Chiara Condello Romagna DOC Sangiovese di Predappio 0,75 ℓ

This red wine is produced by Chiara Condello in vineyards located on the hills of Predappio, in Romagna. It is made up of pure Sangiovese grapes. The vinification is spontaneous and the maceration on the skins lasts 15-25 days. This is followed by aging in steel and Slavonian oak barrels. Intense ruby red in colour, it reveals aromas of rose, violet and cherry to the nose. The sip is broad and enveloping, with a persistent finish. It goes well with pasta with meat sauce and grilled beef steak with baked potatoes.
