Barbanera Nobile di Montepulciano DOCG 0,75 ℓ

This traditional red comes from the vineyards of the Barbanera winery, distributed around the ancient village of Montepulciano. The must ferments in steel at a controlled temperature. It follows aging for 18 months in large oak barrels and for a further 6 months in steel. Of an intense ruby red color with garnet reflections, it opens to the nose with a broad and persistent perfume that recalls violet and berries, accompanied by elegant notes of tobacco. In the mouth it reveals a beautiful tannins, the result of slow aging in cask, in perfect agreement with its elegant character and the right softness. Excellent together with roasted red meats, it excels with game or braised dishes.
