Produced only from Glera grapes, it is sparkling by second fermentation in a pressurized tank according to the Charmat method. With an elegant straw yellow colour and a fine and persistent perlage, it opens to the nose on pleasant fruity sensations reminiscent of ripe pear. The taste is dry and linear, with good persistence. Suitable both as an aperitif and throughout the meal.
