Pio Cesare L'Altro Langhe DOC Chardonnay 0,75 ℓ

Pio Cesare's L'Altro white wine is born in vineyards located in Treiso (Cascina Il Bricco) in the Barbaresco area, in Trezzo Tinella (Bossania) and Monforte d'Alba (Mosconi) in the Barolo area. The wine is made from Chardonnay grapes with a small addition of Sauvignon Blanc. After vinification in steel, the Chardonnay is aged for a short time in barriques, while the Sauvignon in steel. Straw yellow in color, the wine is expressed with aromas of white and yellow pulp fruit, as well as vanilla and spicy notes. The sip is round and harmonious, with good persistence. Excellent with fish based appetizers, white meats and fresh cheeses.
