The Opale Rosato Fermo by Franc Lizâr is a refined non-alcoholic alternative made from Merlot grapes cultivated in Friuli-Venezia Giulia. Thanks to a delicate filtration with selective membranes, the wine retains its varietal aromas and structure, despite having an alcohol content of less than 0.5%. Its brilliant rosé hue and clarity make it elegant and suitable for any occasion.After harvesting at optimal ripeness, the grapes are vinified with a brief fermentation followed by six months of aging on fine lees with regular bâtonnage. Following dealcoholization, the wine is further filtered to ensure transparency and cleanliness.It presents a bright rosé color. The nose reveals floral aromas of hawthorn, wisteria, and rose, accompanied by fruity notes of grapefruit, blueberry, and red currant. On the palate, it is fresh, light, and well-balanced, with a fruity, floral, and slightly mineral finish that reflects the typical characteristics of the region.Perfect with seafood salad, eggplant parmesan, or raspberry sorbet.
