This red wine is the pride of the winemakers from Flein-Talheim: SANKT VEIT Samtrot Auslese. An exclusive wine, characterized by grapes from selected old vines. Due to the yield-reduced cultivation and careful hand-picking, an outstanding cider quality was achieved, which is perfectly revealed in this selection. The SANKT VEIT Samtrot Elite is a velvety and harmonious wine with a beguiling fragrance and opulent red fruit flavors with a soft tannin structure. The grapes of our SANKT Veit series were expanded in four expressive variants: the quality wines Cabernet Cubin dry, dry red and dry Riesling and a German Prädikatswein Samtrot Auslese. The grapes grow on old vines in the best locations, where they could enjoy the most hours of sunshine during the wine year and where the soil harmonizes well with the cultivated grape varieties. The optimal reading time guarantees a pure and authentic and full bodied bouquet. All this gives the SANKT VEIT wines a distinctive and intense character. All SANKT VEIT wines are made with a lot of craftsmanship and great experience typical of the variety and partly matured in oak barrels.
