Banfi Centine Toscana Bianco IGT 0,75 ℓ

The Centine Bianco is composed of the Chardonnay and Vermentino varieties combined in a tasty blend suitable for all occasions. After harvesting, the grapes are left to ferment at a controlled temperature between 13 and 16 °C in steel vats. Subsequently, the wine refines on the lees in steel for 2 months. Of a beautiful straw yellow colour with greenish reflections, it has a large bouquet on the nose with hints that immediately refer to white and citrus fruits. Mango and lychee return to the palate with floral notes of mulberry and lemon verbena. Decisive on the palate, it shows the right flavour and a long finish. Ideal wine to accompany appetizers and raw fish, it goes well with white meats and grilled lake fish.
