The Balsamic Vinegar of Modena 1 Silver Medal Anforina Collection is produced by Acetaia Giusti, founded in 1605. It belongs to the Anforina Line, a collection of Balsamic Vinegars of Modena that recalls the ancient Modena tradition of preserving one's balsamic vinegar in glass ampoules to give as a gift to your loved ones. Each amphora is sealed by hand with string and sealing wax and kept inside a refined hat box. The vinegar ages in ancient barrels, heritage of the family, many of which date back to the period between the 1700s and 1900s.
