It is born from a blend of Pinot Noir and Chardonnay grapes selected from Grand Cru and Premier Cru vineyards located in the latest ripening areas of the Montagne de Reims, including Bouzy, Trépail, Verzenay, Verzy, and Tauxières. This wine elegantly expresses the distinctive character of the region and the maison's refined style.Vinification takes place entirely in barrels, a choice that gives the wine structure and complexity, followed by tirage with cork closure. The dosage is Extra Brut, with a low sugar level that enhances purity and precision. The wine spends an extended period aging on the lees, with manual remuage and disgorgement contributing to its depth and finesse.In the glass, it presents a luminous color with golden reflections.
