Zenato Santa Cristina Lugana DOC 0,75 ℓ

Lugana Santa Cristina di Zenato is obtained from Trebbiano di Lugana grapes harvested in the company's historic vineyard, Podere Massoni. The harvest, carried out in the last decade of September, is followed by a soft pressing of the grapes and fermentation for 15-20 days in stainless steel tanks. The wine ages in the same containers for 4-5 months and for another 2-3 months in the bottle before being marketed. It is characterized by a straw yellow color with greenish reflections. The nose is intense and refined, with floral notes of hawthorn reached by citrus touches of surprising delicacy. Mineral and balanced on the palate, it strikes from the very first moments for its elegant softness. Perfect as an aperitif, it is suitable for accompanying white meats and refined recipes based on lake fish.
