Nicolas Bardou started his working experience in New Zealand and also worked in two great domaines in Burgundy (Domaine Boisson Vadot and Jean-Yves Bizot) in which he learned and have his own philosophy in winemaking. Then he decided to move back to his home Loire Valley and started with Sauvignon Blanc at the beginning, he is eager to produce very high-quality Sauvignon Blanc which is compatible with the Grand Cru in Côte-d'Or.
