Guado al Tasso Bolgheri DOC Superiore

Cuvée of Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Cabernet Franc and sometimes a small proportion of Petit Verdot to express the elegance, complexity and structure of the Bolgheri terroir. Guado al Tasso has been produced since 1990; the clay-sand to clay-silt soils of the vineyards are of alluvial origin with Bolgherese agglomerate (skeleton). The Guado al Tasso vineyards are located at the foot of the amphitheater and at night cool air descends from the hills and refreshes the rows of vines. These special climatic conditions give the berries a pronounced aroma and ensure their perfect ripeness.
