The Barbera d'Alba of the Giovanni Rosso winery comes from the famous cellar located in Serralunga d'Alba. The Barbera grapes are vinified with maceration on the skins for 10-15 days in thermo-controlled cement tanks. Before bottling, the wine ages in large French oak barrels for a few months. Ruby red in colour, the bouquet offers fruity aromas of plums, blueberries and raspberries, with hints of wisteria. The sip is agile and harmonious, vibrant. To be combined with cured meats, risottos and savory cheeses.
