The white winemaking process with soft pressing and controlled fermentation enhances the characteristics of the grape variety.It presents a straw yellow color with greenish reflections and a very fine and persistent perlage. On the nose, it offers an ethereal and delicate bouquet, with a synergy between varietal aromas and yeasty fragrances, enriched by a distinct aromatic note.On the palate, it is full, harmonious, and dry, with a perfect balance between freshness and complexity.
