Crémant Vert Brut Nature Abril

This extremely individual Crémant perfectly complements the Crémant Rosé from Abril. The nose shows notes of green apple, melon and a little lemon balm. The mousse is strong, stimulating and, in combination with its crisp fruit acidity, is reminiscent of a crystal-clear mountain stream. In the mouth, it is beautifully juicy with lots of fresh, creamy fruit. The restrained dosage gives the slim-built sparkling wine a lot of freshness.
