Giovanni d'Orsi's entry-level wine already impresses on the nose with its many facets. Aromas of sweet black cherry and wild berries, as well as the coffee aromas so typical of the winery, are just as captivating as herbal and ethereal notes. On the palate, sour cherry is tightly interwoven with the acidity typical of Chianti, which prevents the fruit and soft tannins from becoming harsh. Incredibly well-balanced between all components. Fine-grained tannins make the wine surprisingly approachable even now, while also being suitable for ageing.
